Understanding our musculoskeletal health and nutrition is important for every body.
Whether you want to feel strong enough to perform on stage, keep up with your children at the park, or simply carry the shopping in from the car without pain.
We have a goal to raise standards of care for dancers, athletes, and everybody who wishes to improve their overall health.
As part of the Philip Cutts Pain Management and Rehabilitation Group, we have access to a team of leading, inspiring people who all have a shared vision to use their in-depth anatomical knowledge to provide injury prevention, rehabilitation and education throughout the UK.
Movement has always been at the heart of what I do. After years of teaching dance, earning my teaching qualifications, and attending numerous CPD training courses, I realised there was still more to learn about human anatomy and how the body truly functions.
This curiosity led me to study with the Philip Cutts Pain Management and Rehabilitation Group, where I gained a deeper understanding of biomechanics, different life stages, and even how vitamin deficiencies impact the body at a cellular level. While this knowledge made me a better dance teacher, it also sparked bigger questions:
The answer was that I wanted to help more people, beyond the dance world, to move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. So I pursued my qualifications as a Personal Trainer, allowing me to work with individuals of all ages and abilities to build strength, confidence, and balance through movement.
Now, at Align & Rise, I bring my expertise in movement, rehabilitation, and functional training to help clients align with their bodies and rise to their potential. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to improve performance, or simply want to feel better in your body, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Let’s move forward together!
